"LOW/HIGH" Risk
Game is completely inconsistent with the low and high risk jobs. Sometimes it sens me on a total suicide mission marked as low risk, and some high risk is the easiest money.

I know "RNG" is a big metric of this game, but come on, if you keep cheating the game it will just force me to also cheat the game to ensure I can actually finish the campaign.

Make the low risk jobs low risk and high risk job actually high risk.

If you drop on a 3 man low risk job 30 robots with special agents that is everything BUT LOW RISK. Its a FKIN SLAUGHTER.

Yeah, it's basically meaningless.

You realize that "low risk" still means there's risk, right? What you're proposing is "no risk". Somehow I don't think you actually have enough data to conclude that this happens very often on "low risk".

i think like low risk is less npc spawn and high risk is a lot spanws?, happens a lot with the watched warehouse, tons of guards when its on high risk

You would think so, but high risk missions can be almost empty and low risk missions can spawn with very high enemy presence.

So low risk missions are never like this for me.

Are you maybe... I dunno mate. Going into a low risk mission on max heat? Y'know that resets every day and goes up if you do other missions... or say, capture territory missions... right?

If i understand correctly, risk dictates mission specific difficulty and badges dictate police assault difficulty. This never happened to me but you can technically have a low risk mission and still get your ♥♥♥♥ kicked in because you have tier 5 cops.

As far as I experienced, risk depends on the mission length and your current heat. With 5 heat, even short low risk missions turn into high risk missions (same applies to character stories for no reason whatsoever).

don't go into heists at max heat.

It's not. Low risk and high risk aren't difficulty markers, they're the chance of 'something happening'. A high risk mission is more likely to see events like gang ambush, escape van getting totalled, party at the mall etc, and if your notoriety and investigation level are high enough can even be a trap to begin with. Low risk means it's far more likely the mission will be as it states in the briefing. Or tl;dr, if the mission is high risk then assume there's something the briefing isn't telling you.

Nah, that's determined by your base difficulty (notoriety level + heat). As a general rule, how inherently difficult a mission is likely to be can be guessed at by the payout - a mall robbery at level 1 with a 15 - 20k payout will generally have less guards (and usually just low quality security), cameras and civilians than the same job at level 3 paying out 120 - 130k irrespective of risk level or icon, which will include more camera's, guards and civilians and is more likely to have a few cops wandering around to boot (plus of course, more loot requiring bagging and humping to the van).

Yep, each time your heat goes up you'll probably notice the icon starts stacking; means the mission is becoming more difficult (generally more guards, though also note the initial level of police response is set by your heat too). As a general rule if you particularly need a heist to succeed it's always better to make it the first thing you do that day than leaving it until the end.

If there's a low chance of rain, that doesn't mean you can't get wet. Just like a high chance of rain doesn't mean you will get wet for sure.

E.g. in case of 'break the bank' with 'low risk' you may end up in a more favorable starting position. But there's still a chance you're going to end up starting on the roof while being assaulted by SWAT.
the game difficult is depend on the icon if you see 3 v that mean it at max
risk is just chance for random event to happening during the mission
