The content you get in a run is random, so it will take quite a few runs to get everything, and some achievements are not straight forward at all, especially the one that have to do with unlocking characters. So, quite a lot. Also, there's basically nothing in this game you can't play solo, not even multiplayer.

Hard to say because it's quite randomized. A single run takes about 4-5 hours, but technically, you can quickly grind the "Restart the campaign 10 times" achievement by committing suicide in-game. However, some achievements require you to finish a certain heist in a certain way, and this heist does not unlock each time you play. I also haven't figured out yet how to collect 7 million dollars for the penthouse.

You collect multiplayer XP in the campaign. I'm not sure if you also collect campaign XP in the multiplayer modes, but if that's the case, this will also make the solo content easier and shorter...

The entire game besides the regular campaign can be played co-op. The co-op is literally like the campaign but without the monotonous turf war battles

sorry man, you're ♥♥♥♥ outta luck. unlocking all of the big named characters as skins for the boss in multiplayer (ie playing them with a customizable loadout instead of the presets the game decides) requires fully completing the stupid roguelike mode over 10 times, not including the RNG involved in the achievements if you care about unlockables outside of the game
