Bit weird 505 can respond to a thread about purchasing the game in Singapore after I've made this thread, but 5 hours later still haven't responded to this thread.
I just want to know if there is a reason Taiwan cannot purchase the game.

He would have to buy from steam. Green man gaming sells ROW keys and I think taiwan is under a region of asia and that region i believe the stores are different there. Perhaps he can buy it on steam
