how the hell do you beat roguelike
I swear to gawd my guy I've lost this campaign 4 times in a row at day 10 I usually never have money when the investigation demands I pay 150k to set it back XD what should I be focusing on to complete this is blitzing their territory the key or should I focus on heists? And the thing that pisses me off most how do you kill a captain without alerting anyone when the bugger doesn't die to stealth hits

The best thing you can do for most characters is get them a decent primary weapon. Shotguns destroy everything if you end up hot.
From hundreds of hours of testing and playing, I could not disagree more :/
Cool statement without explanation.
Unless my mission is hot, AI is *always* a hindrance except when carrying bags from an already cleared map. Having a second member while doing a stealth mission has never helped me, and any attempt to give the AI commands or use them in any way other than leaving them at the start has resulted in going loud 9 out of 10 times.
If the mission is loud, then they're okay bullet sponges but they love standing on grenades, get run up on by white ninja police constantly, and have no idea how to use their gadgets or deal with shields. I can count on one hand the amount of times they've successfully picked me up if I went down. They shoot okay but I can basically do the same thing by backing myself into a corner with a shotgun in a bathroom or an LMG (but the reload time is killer without certain perks). The only time this isn't always true is when fighting bullet sponges like Cagnali's bots or robo police since the extra damage is nice and even shotguns can get overwhelmed.

I don't feel like I should even bother explaining given you're so convinced they're an hindrance but if you really think so, please, be my guest and try some Gold Cup Main Gate solo on Extreme, with no bots. That should explain some things by itself :)

and obviously you need them on loud missions where you need to move all the bags quickly*. Either that or run Jupiter (not sure if bag steroids work on jupiter for 4 bags, haven't tried yet since her default steroid thing is so good.

Not an explanation. I don't even know what that is TBH. This is a discussion about the roguelike campaign. Are you lost?

You don't even know what Gold Cup Main Gate is, yet you're super aggressive about a very unrelatable take *shrugs*
Not much to add, but it's definitely related to the campaign and mentioned in the tutorial itself, I could elaborate on the amount of AIs per team, I might add a sentence or two for that.

I assume it's one of the major heists. I don't know or care what the major heists are by name. I've only completed 3 of them. A train robbery, and two of the same one (Dragon statues). I did one run of dragon statue's solo but it forces you to go loud at the end and the other runs with 3 members.

You actually don't even need to do them to complete the roguelike campaign so I ignore them a lot since the pre-emptive setup missions are super boring to do. "Get X document, get out".

In case you forgot, the topic at hand is "how to do I beat the roguelike campaign?":
1. Make money (less team members on minor heists = more money, and all stealth heists are literally easier solo as I've explained)
2. Take all territory

It sounds like you're talking about a loud major heist that you might not even see during your campaign and is completely optional but I wouldn't know since you still haven't explained what it is. I don't watch cutscenes or do tutorials.

You were the one who specifically mentioned how many team members to bring to a heist, which is part of campaign suggestions, so that's why it's related.
You didn't even do the tutorial yet you come here sharing questionable advice that's... Weird, at least...?
In campaign there's nothing mandatory anyway, so "optional" is very subjective, campaign doesn't force a single thing on you. You could never do turf wars, you just don't get to conquer the city, but you could.

What? Conquering the city is the win condition. You have to do turf wars. You have to do heists to earn enough cash to do turf wars. Without any levels, I don't think you'd have a chance at winning if you send more than 1 member on runs at the start. You don't start with enough team members to send much more than 1 per heist, and you want to do all of them to maximize money. At a bare minimum these things are required to "beat roguelike"

I've had the bots get stuck in the room where you throw loot into the trucks twice on that heist.

Even if I manually take control and unstuck them they run right back in and refuse to leave.

I've seen this happen to other people playing. I wonder if it happens across all the different starts for that mission? What I mean is, I've only started it through the subterfuge route (3 times completed), and escaped through the tunnel. And I've never had them break. I wonder if main gate and whatever else, cause some kind of switch statement to break.

Like they think, that's still the escape route?
