Id there a way to upgrade your gang?
My gun are using water gun against those robot, this is unfair...

Yes. Keep capturing turfs and at somepoint you should be able to select an opportunity to increase the level of your gang soldiers.

No need to say... you should not be attacking the robot faction at the start. ...Unless it's the new campaing and there are no other gangs to attack ? IDK about the new campaing yet.

The things is that my enemy is already at tier 3 my army still using tier 1 shotgun and etc

As you progress, you'll get to choose a goal in the goal menu to upgrade your army.
