Dlc's will be free for how long?

The banner says limited time, so I was wondering: how much time do I have to buy the game and get them for free?

up to 11th of July. It's written in the steam page, below the DLC package description

Actually that is just referring to the sale price of the base game. Since it’s not a bundle they could theoretically start charging for the DLC at any time they want. They only say the DLC is free for a limited time. They could start charging for it today, but I believe they won’t since it is helping sales.

It's a limited time promotion they're running. They said if you buy before the 11th, you get the DLCs free to keep. They're not going to start charging for the DLCs before then because that would be arbitrarily canceling their own promotion early.

That's my guess, but that isn't really written anywhere. The info we have is that the sale goes until 11th of July, theoretically the sale could end and the dlc's still be free for a certain time, or stop being free before the sale ends.
