I cant buy the game lol wtf is going on?
is my money not worth it for you??

well update, not sure why steam is not assisting me in this issue i have been using this account for more than 20 years ! i called the bank and no issue on my side however steam is having issue but they are not assisting me!

What did the error message say out of curiosity? I've had trouble before so maybe I could have some insight if it is similar anyway.

For future reference, if someone is ever troubleshooting for you and asks "Do you see an error message" "Yes I'm seeing an error message" should be followed up by telling them what that error message is and giving them any error code you see.

This helps the person helping you and helps both of you out.

Yup, and considering it is a payment method issue. Chances are that payment method has been flagged for misconduct or is out of date. This is on the users end 100%. The user needs to update their info if using a debit card or work with the bank. If it's a credit card then the issuer may have flagged the Steam Purchase and you will need to call the card issuer to let them know it was in fact you trying to make that purchase and they will white-list Steam for you. It would be a small chance that it is in fact Steam's issue.

no its not my fault or my bank issue i checked with my fellow country men it seems to be the issue with steam themselves i have been using the same payment for more then 20 years and they decided to fk it up themselves i guess i have to buy from humble bundle then

to the mod/dev sorry this is a issue with steam the whole SINGAPORE is affected somehow steam decided the world most expensive city isn't creditable enough for them
