Free DLC if redeeming Steam Key?

I found the game on sale, on one of my trusted game retailers. It's nearly 20% less than directly from Steam. Steam has the game + DLC bundled. If I pick up the key from a 3rd party retailer, will I still qualify for all the DLC for free? I just want to make sure before buying...

Just buy it on Steam, don't give money to thieves to save 3 dollars.

The shop I'm looking at is a legitimate retailer, not one of those "other" types of key sellers.

It's cheap enough on Steam, and I think worth it to guarantee you get all the DLC included. No refunding a key once you buy it you're stuck with it.

That's a gray market. As I said to someone else also purchasing from a gray market in a different thread:

Driffle is a gray market that lists items other people, generally not the publisher themselves, put up for sale (like eBay). Given that, it's not entirely surprising that the game didn't come with the DLC. I know Green Man Gaming which sources keys from official distributors both advertises and includes the DLC with purchases from that store.
