Game Crashing at Startup

Hi All,
bought the game yesterday, played for 6 hours no problems at all.

today evertime the game launches and gets to the screen to press a key before loading the main menu the game just crashes with the crash reporter saying an unreal process has crashed: CrimeBoss


Ive tried so many things already and dont seem to be able to fix it, any ideas ?

same issue, but I encounter it after finishing tutorial. Now the game would crash every time when loading into main menu. Can't configure anything at all.
I'm now considering a refund :(

nothing yet, Ive asked for an update by email to the developers but i guess they just ignored it, they ignore what is not convenient to them apparently, will give it till Tuesday if not Im asking for Refund too

Same here, just got into campaign doing 2nd heist and crashed. Now each time i load it up crash as soon as mission loads into the map. Using Amd Ryzen 5900x, 4070ti and 64gbs ram running on a nvme ssd

Be sure to keep submitting those crash reports, and a bug report. The devs do inspect EVERY report that is attached and sent in via the form mentioned above.

Steam release was very recent, they more than likely have hundreds of requests for help with this and that. Give them a break will ya? :) They WILL get back to you.

Yup, happened to me too, only 3 files but that did fix it.

seems like the new path or the new windows updates sorted the issue, game is back working now

the game just started crashing for me today after a substansial update. re-install attempts have failed; submitted a crash report at the site link provided by the dev.
