Yes, game is friendly for Steam Deck and basically any Windows hand held as well. I have a ROG Ally and it runs great. Check out my guide in here if you want to know how. /shamelessplug

Did you encounter any issues with DXVK shader caching on the deck? Having quite some issues on desktop with it, and since the video only showcases the stealth tutorial mission, it doesn't really showcase any of the fiery action it can have. Hoping it's just a matter of time, until we get a large pre-compiled shared cache.
Seems indeed, to just be due to controller inputs "vibrating". Had to unplug my steering wheel manually to remedy that, Thanks to a ProtonDB report. I'll report that to their team.

Hello, nope i don't encounter any issue play with my deck friend, i play campaigne and perfectly work too

Yeah, found the issue and corrected my post. The game has huge slowdown when trying to do controller vibrations, particularly with my steering wheel (and/or analog keyboard aswell as handbrake). Those tend to be pretty annoying to unplug so It's generally better to keep them plugged in. I'll report their team about it and hopefully could get an option to forcefully disable vibrations or better, controller inputs.

So what about the massive freezing issue Steam Deck users are having? Turning sound off is the only way to fix it, which isn't really much of a fix.

Try creating a Proton issue for the game, and report it there. Valve should be faster to address it. https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+in%3Atitle+2933080+

However, have you tried manually checking the sound output settings in-game ? It has the tendency to use the incorrect ones and may be the leading of crashes if set on a dummy output for example. Other previous ProtonDB point it out, including my own on Desktop.
