A really nice and funny little game. The design is consistently clever; every level introduces new items or techniques, and if you want the game to last longer, you can always hunt for hidden toys and safe codes.
Dialogs are funny, although a bit short and scarce. I personally find the whole idea hilarious. Getting to the end of the game is a bit hard, and even tedious at times, but I found it was definitely worth it.
Musics are repetitive and not really interesting but the art is nice and makes up for it.

This is a really fun little game. The stealth mechanics are simple and work more like solving a puzzle, which I like. I also like the sense of humor, the conversations with the slacker friend are hilarious, and I like how silly all the various "gadgets" are. You get to use laxatives on a guy in the second set of levels, that's just great. It's cheap, it runs on low end machines easy, and it has a great sense of humor. It's everything I'm looking for in a budget title.

4/10 at best for me personally. The 1st half of the game is great leaving me curious as to whether the other positive reviewers on here actually finished the game. The biggest issue are the controls. The clicking to move the character leaves too much opportunity for messing up in the later stages that require a lot of precision. There were times where if i click too close to a wall i wouldn't move at all and sometimes where we would just walk in the opposite direction. too inconsistent. If I could have controlled my character with a simple dpad and or stick this game would be exponentially better. Maybe I'm too accustomed to old school control schemes but the click to move and ultimatley touch based controls ruined the experience for me on an exponential level. Unfortunate since I was extremely excited for this game and I love both top down games and stealth games. Oh well. If you enjoy touch controls then you may have a blast if you are more comfortable with tactile and physical feedback pass on this one. Oh and some of the safe combinations are ridiculous and are almost necessary to look up to figure out. I don't want to spoil but if you do play you will understand. k bye.

LEVEL 22: Gary's Misadvantures is a logical stealth game. You are Gary who has just had a birthday party and he has realised that he is late from work. Gary's old friend helps you how to get through the obstacles, your colleagues, securities etc. It has very simple stealth elements, but it makes the game enjoyable. What really got me is the enviroment. I've never played a game where I have to sneak in an office, use items like eraser launcher, coffee, cardbox, newspaper and other things to hide. I recommend it to everyone!

Very enjoyable game. Whenever I feel slightly bored already, it comes up with just a little "something" to add more interesting gameplay mechanics into the game. The Boss fights are pretty refreshing experience. Overally I really enjoyed the game and I give it 8/10!

A cute arcade-style stealth game. It's difficult to say it's a true stealth game, but it's close enough. As Gary, you must sneak into the office and get to your desk before anyone realises you are late!

It uses simple point-and-click controls that don't always do as you tell it to, but is generally pretty consistent. Level design is linear, you have to do things in a specific way. There are collectables and secrets to find though and for the puzzle nuts there is a secret code hidden in each level to open the safe. The codes are pretty obscure though, especially later in the game. The boss fights are a nice quirk and the story is... well, it's sort of got one.

It's barely four hours worth of gameplay; more if you collect everything. Worth picking up as a little timewaster between titles.

I love this game! Great old-school 2-D graphics, amusing exposition, great game music, and a fairly gentle difficulty curve. Gameplay is a fairly simple matter of learning the patterns of your coworkers that you're trying to avoid and timing your movements *just* right, and you WILL get caught a LOT, but it's extremely satisfying to finally get to the end of each level.

Cons, it's pretty short; despite it being called "Level 22," there's actually only 20 levels, including 4 "boss" levels. The way the controls are designed it's clearly meant to benefit touchscreens, but you can get by well enough with keyboard and mouse. There's not much replay value on the surface; once you know how to pass a level, it's pretty easy to roll through the entire game, but OTOH it's an enjoyable enough experience that I find myself coming back to play certain levels over again even though I've completed the game 100%.

Overall, a clever, fun little game that I was not expecting much from but I greatly enjoyed.
