Games crashing

Idk whats going on but my games keeps on crashing. I played it before like 3-4 months ago and it was fine then but now??? Its crashing everytime i go into a game. On the loading screen for multi player and zombies its black just showing some ui like play game etc, story mode does not load. when i get in a game i can load in a multi player lobby but then when it comes to loading into the match thats when the game crashes

Game freezes for me too, and just this game. No problems with no other games. PC works fine after ctr alt del end task. In task manager says game is running fine. Only solution for me to play longer than few minutes is to disable all audio devices in device manager. When playing without sound no crashes ... Problem escapes me :-(

I believe some sort of 3rd party update messed with different CoD titles. Roll back your drivers/Windows. Alternatively try to delete the player2 folder to reset your settings. Changing shader preload and sun/shadow cache might help too. Would be good if people posted specs.

ryzen 7 5800H
32gb ddr4
2tb ssd

But I get very good performance on warzone with these specs a solid and consistant 85-100 fps and like i said ive played Iw on this computer before like last year december but i deleted it for storage so i can play a different game with my mates. Tbh now u say things about driver I did upgrate to builders mode so i guess this is the problem. But i have turned it off so next windows update ill be off builders mode. IF this fixes the problem then Ill make sure to post it.
