"Content package is no longer available"

Whenever I try to play Zombies the game exits and I get this error. Tried resetting steam cache and validating game files and reinstalling. No luck for me. HELP IS NEEDED <3

Do you activated all the available DLCs in the library for your licence of the game? I think one of the basic DLCs was needed to play Zombies at all. Could have been the Digital Deluxe DLC, I guess.

EDIT: Downloading multiplayer fixed it all. :)

I was about to comment that, this is one of the few CoD's with shared content from MP and Zombies, so you need both installed to play either.
It all comes back to the variants, and the fact that everything is saved server side as it happens.

It is not suprising that Zombies need content from the multiplayer package as it is a multiplayer coop mode, which you can play solo but uses the servers as well to do so.

It's mostly because keys and variants, because both are shared amongst modes.
