Is this game safe to play?

on the reviews for this game people are on about how this game is not safe to play, is this true? because when this game goes on sale i want to get it because the zombies is amazing.

Fastfile error. Whenever a lobby gets filled the match just kicks everyone out due to a "fastfile error". Looks like the server go updated or something (according to what i read) but the steam version of the game didn't recieve that update. So now nobody can play the mp on steam, unless it's a private game.
