Problem in connecting to the online services
Hi all !
I've installed the game through the 7 dvds and done an update after the installation. When I play the game I see it running normally, but when I press " Multiplayer " or " Zombies " I see that the game try to connect t the online services but , after a minute, regret the connection with the message " unable to connect to online services ".

There is something wrong in this time ? Black Ops 3 and all my other games work well, no problem at all in online. Can I do something ?

I have no idea either. Mine was playing fine up until about 20 minutes ago when I started having this issue. I have been trying everything, turned off antivirus/firewall, all of the usual stuff that causes issues. I have tried running the game as an admin, but I still get that same issue.

Hopefully someone can come up with something to fix this, cause it was not doing this earlier.

I've already disable the firewall, no antivirus... Never get in the online... Don't know why!

I also installed it from the DVD's and then loaded the update. Can load the campaign but wasnt able to connect to the online services once for MP or zombies.

try verifying the game cache

I already did that. But there everything seems to be ok. Also when i try to go online the iw7_ship.exe exchanges only a few bytes with an IP address (185.34.107.24) and then throws the error message. And i cant ping said IP address. There is always a timeout

I'm now downloading Modern Warfare Remastered, maybe it will get in online... I'll give a try.
Verifying the game cache haven't resolved this issue. Hope that they're resolve soon this problem, I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one...

So i downloaded MWR and cant play it either. Get the error 103294 with a message that the service is not available. At least I can see the network options and the game recognizes my NAT type as open. I dont have a clue why this is happening. Spent 60 bucks for nothing. The posts on the official COD forum also dont offer a solution. But a lot of people are complaining. Seems that they just dont care

Well, I might say this : I've rebooted my modem and the games work right now in multiplayer... Take a try, I've done it three times, the third it was the right one... Don't ask me why it worked...
Do you have all known ports forwarded in your router...just to be sure?

Yeah, I have all of them!

Reboots of the router/modem dont help and the relevant ports are forwarded. I think the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. In the system info of MWR my external IP is shown as 0.255.0.255 which is incorrect. So I cant communicate with the main server. This error occured already in earlier releases of the COD series but there was never a solution to it.
