For Multiplayer:
- Go to Public Matches
- Create A Class
- Find the gun you got the unlock for, Underneath the gun their should be a symbol that looks like this: https://gyazo.com/967e1cec81b8ea5cd7c2ed1cafc8aca3
- As you can see theirs four symbols two grey and one blue, Just select the symbol you wish for instance I could select my rare blue symbol and it'll be equip

For zombies:
- Go to Loadouts
- Go to Weapon Kits
- Select the weapon and the unlock beneath it the same way you did multiplayer
