Anyone else's game keep freezing/crashing?

Game runs smoothly and been playing it for years, however recently over the last 2 weeks, the game always drops down to like 1 FPS and I get a black screen (can still hear sound) during gameplay.

I think it may be something to do with the Windows update.

Anyone else getting this?

Mine crashes on multiplayer and zombies when I click them... I've tried just about everything and I can't get it fixed. Mine also drops down to 1fps in the main menu over and over.
Do you happen to be on windows version 1903?

Same here, it started about a 1-2 weeks ago. Fixed with system restore in win10 (restore point 20 days old) and paused windows updates for a week. Now game runs normally...for how long will see....

That's just more proof it's the windows updates...

Yes, an update recently put me on 1903.

1903 seems to be the update that's been breaking it for everyone that's 4 confirmed players now with the same exact issue and activision/iw doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ [/quote]
Yeah I doubt they will add a patch as an old game and probably focusing on MW.

Leave a negative review maybe saying windows update 1903 ruined it.

I looked around on Google and found out that crashes are frequent across many games after updating Windows 10 to version 1903 so most probably it's that update what's causing your game to crash. I'd say the most straightforward solution is to roll back to your previous version using a restore point.

I just reinstalled the game today to play it because I loved the campaign, and yes I also have the newest Windows 10 version installed, so as soon as I load into a level, 30 seconds later it just crashes without warning and no error message. I'm really actually upset that a premium game I preordered for full price Legacy Edition is now useless in my library. Has anyone found a fix for this or is it a lost cause?

Uninstall kb4515384 and /or kb4512941 and you'll be good to go.

when to the paging file to change I FOUND that the file was off,turn on to auto rebooted how played five games no crashing so far,could be the fix.
