Memory Error requiring a fix of some sort.

I am enjoying this game so far but a few levels I cant finish cause of a TAGINFO HEAP MEMORY EXCEEDED error showing up. Alot of people I see having this are fixing it via clearing or validating caches or making more memory available to use but Im running 16gb of ram and of my 2 tb of memory 1.5 are free. What do I do to fix this? Can anyone help?

I've gone through the listed issues and seen similar but not quite the same issues. I'll try a few of these but if none work out if anyone who's dealth with this same issue can provide a direct solution I would be very grateful. Thank you for your time.
