Only using 3500mb vram use dude for ultra.
Engine Graphics this is not Crysis 3 man.
Look at Youtube or benchmark man and you do not tell me I have a weak computer, all games are blown to ultra if you do not believe I can record you any game I have.
And what about that I have 3 generations of processor?
Do you think that between Ivy Bridge and Kaby Lake is a difference of several FPS?
You have a comparison here with the GTX1060 probably, and so you have it somewhere, I will politely not thank you.

Check out some of my G2030 video games channel YT and I recently upgraded to the i5-3470 and imagine that I have 3x more FPS in those ultra games.

i had this problem and have found a fix for my situation.
I updated the new nvida drivers and they are causing problems with IW
Go to device manage > Double click on your GPU > Driver > rollback driver to 382.05
382.05 is the previous driver and works fine with this new update.
hope this helps!
Mayby i wait for new driver gpu or try solution.
