Your reply means nothing... i dont care if it WORKS for you... ♥♥♥
What GPU driver are you running and have you made any modifications to the game's config file to improve the game?

I have almost the same specs except im on a r9 290x, to make the game stuttering go away i had to lower settings or use vsync.

Id advise to just lower settings since in my experience vsync is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in IW.

honestly just refund the ♥♥♥♥ while u can lol.

Vsynch helps a lot, sadly i don't know any better solution.
Try either driver 375.70 or 376.09...both are very stable and reduce or practically eliminate the stuttering.

Ingame Settings? Resolution? Vsync makes things worse if your system can´t hold the fps and also adds input lag(Freesync/Gsync really helps).

He has the specs to run this game on high graphs, many of us have stutering even on 91 FPS, it's unbearable. So he has two choices: either vsynch with input lag or unbearable stuttering.

i have a lot of stutter too (GTX1070)

it's very annoying.

Stuttering or judder when quickly looking around here. Esp noticeable on Frost.
This is what worked for me.
- Max prerendered frames to 1 in NVidia CPL
- VSync on
- Enable in game Mouse Smoothing

I don't use mouse smoothing in any other FPS games, unfortunately with IW could not find any other working solution.

use borderless mode and activate v-sync. This limits the FPS to 60 without the annoying disadvantages of v-sync

i have a r9 290 and get occasional stuttering, but what p*sses me off the most is that i can play watchdogs 2 and battlefield 1 maxed out on a 1440p monitor and they run smoothley whereas infinite warfare is far less graphically challanging and yet it runs like a bag of sh*t...sure they do it on purpose to p*ss us gamers off
