Game Won't Load, Please Help.
For around a week now, Infinite Warfare has stopped working. None of the menu graphics will load, and not even single player will load. In Zombies, after watching the cutscene the game is perpetually a black screen until it eventually crashes. If anybody knows how to solve this problem that would be wonderful. Thank you.

I had a similar problem. Disable your antivirus (mine was avast), go into the quartermaster (robot crate guy) and the game's graphics will load up.

This happened to me after the March 14 patch.

I disabled avast and went to the Quartermaster and nothing changed. When I went back into the main menu the game just crashes again. Any further suggestions?

you have to disable the shields by right clicking avast icon before starting the game and go to quetermaster and open armory if it didn't work the background will be white

I also disabled my avast completely and nothing changed.
Though there has been a big avast update recently which introduced a game mode. And it automaticly added Infinite Warfare to it,
I removed it from there and re-launched Infinite Warfare from steam
