Zombie Trainer

Is it safe to use a trainer is solo? I'm guessing not since online services is required to start zombies or even start the game up.

But....... I have figured out a way to play zombies while offline. The things is I dont want to get vac banned and was wondering if running a trainer for zombies in offline mode (ethernet cord unplugged) will steam detect it later on and ban me?
Because after the game ends in offline mode (ethernet unplugged) it just takes me right back to the main menu and it says "Connecting to online services". But obv it never does because I unplugged the thernet cord. So I know I wont be getting the xp or the keys and that I dont care about. I just want to be able to do ALL of the easter eggs for zombies.
So yes you can play zombies Offline But the question is. Will I get banned later? I dont plan on ever using a trainer while online (ethernet plugged in)

Any suggestions? Or does anyone want to try it out for me and risk a ban?
All you have to do is connect to steam (online) launch game, click zombies, then solo match, then start the map, Once the map loads and you see your guns in your hand unplugged the ethernet cord from your modem or disable your connection adapter and the game will still be playable. But you wont get any xp or keys when the game ends because it takes you back to the main menu as I stated above.

Well if the game has a VAC, don't use it or you get a ban.
