Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered for PC with Xbox One controller

I have tried using an Xbox One controller for Battlefield 1 in the past and it is quite sluggish and doesn't seem to work very well.

Games like Fifa seem to work fine with an Xbox controller.

I was wondering how Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered would perform with an Xbox controller? I just want the option to play it while sat in bed with a controller.

well my xbox 360 controller worked perfectly fine in ghosts. was the last game I tried it out with.
configure your controller a bit in the ingame sensitivity options.

I have already tried playing with the sensitivity settings for BF1 and it just doesn't work very smoothly like it does on Fifa. I just want to know how well it works with Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered before I consider buying it. Is it made to work well with it like on Fifa?

absolutely the controller is fully supported and many people play with it on pc. should work fine otherwise its something on your end like drivers or the usb or the xbox app thing (if you have windows 10).

Are you saying that it is fully supported with COD Modern Warfare Remastered or Battlefield 1? Or are you saying both games are fully supported?

I was talking about CoD but yes both. Maybe BF has some bug concerning controller. There are people in these forums saying they play with controller.

I can tell BF1 isn't fully supported with xbox controller because when I connect it, it doesn't change the in game keys to resemble the buttons on the xbox controller like it does on Fifa.

Does COD Modern Warefare Remastered do that seeing as you have said it is fully supported I would imagine it should?

yeah cod detects if there's a controller and will ask you if it should switch controls including the icons of the buttons.

just so you know the MP is pretty much dead but both campaigns are damn fine and there's the whole bot thing and the zombie mode. You could play with a mate too but yeah compared to the console guys you're really missing out in the MP part due to barely existing playerbase.

Buy it for a console if you want to play with controller.

Multiplayer is not dead, you can easily get in to matches.

I played the campaign with my Xbox One controller, it's fully supported.

lol yeah if you find core TDM against max prestige to be acceptable. You wont find anything else. Maybe a 4vs4 on dom but who'd want to play that.
