Not able to find multiplayer matches

I got the game today and I have been trying to play multiplayer but cannot find a single match. It just keeps saying "searching for a match..." but never finds anything. This is true for both Team Deathmatch and Free For All.
My NAT is open. Is anyone else facing the same issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I am totally new to COD, by the way.

India. By the way, I was able to find a zombie multiplayer match although it took a while. At first it said "searching for a match", then "finding 3 more players" and finally the match started when it found.
But when trying to start mutliplayer match, it just keeps saying "searching for a match" but never finds anything. Doesn't even go to "waiting for x number of players".

Damn. I bought it because it's the latest hoping there would be more players. :/
I also bought Call of Duty Black Ops III. Do you know if that game has more players? If so I will install that game.

A lot of people are playing 'Hyper Team Deathmatch', at the moment. Give that a try, it's found in the 'Featured' tab.

ppl play everyday, haven't had any problems finding lobbies, it's not dead

yeah, between the small pc community and the strict matchmaking code it's almost always a chore finding a match.

Same problem here on Spain, just uninstall the game I will install soon the game again I hope to find players on zombies mode, I remember Black Ops III none problem finding players..

India or another place should not be a problem find players on both multiplayer & zombies.
