Should i buy this game in 2023 ?
I want to buy it but i don't know if its worth playing since i seen some reviews who said that this game doesn't work well on PC and i want more people who played it to say their opinion.

The game has CPU bottleneck even on modern hardware, 30 FPS with frametime drops. It's a bit fussy with compatibility and it has memory leaks on some installations. It is not compatible with some RDNA GPU's.

As a game... it's playable.

I never had any problem with this game (played with 4 GB patch).
No low FPS, no compatibility problem, no memory leaks ....
Great game (especially when you catch Crepuscule Odin and Great behemoth ...).

i'd say it's not worth it worst port i've ever seen, at least the other bad ports launched i legit cannot even boot up the damn game without it insta crashing then complaining about the lack of vram, this rig could play forspoken day 1 lag free it can play an 8 year old game. As i said in my other posts i used the fixes listed on proton db with no results.

The game, itself, is VERY good.
The PC emulation software that runs under it, making it possible to port to PC, is garbage.

No one knows if the game will run under your PC settings. Some players have zero issues and don't require any addons/fixes, while others require some/all the fixes to run the game.

If you do decide to purchase the game, use your "Steam Return Policy" window wisely. Immediately install the [4 GB patch] as this is the bare minimum to run the game. If you're still having issues, apply some of the other fixes as quickly as possible. If you happy with the results, enjoy the game. If you're still having issues after all the fixes, immediately return it under Steam's Return Policy.
