To get more than 30 FPS, you'll need a CPU with strong single-threaded performance. Check here for your CPU strength: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/singleThread.html If the single-threaded score is over 2000, you'll be able to exceed 30 FPS in some field areas (at least those that don't have weather effects), but you'll need a score of almost 3000 to maintain 60 FPS.

That said, your settings aren't very optimal. 8192x8192 shadows will kill your performance, so reduce them to 4096x4096 or lower, preferably 2048x2048. In your GPU settings, set power profile to "Prefer maximum performance", and set your CPU's power profile to "High performance".

Wait.. But this only on FF 13 series i get 30 fps max. But on FF 14 or FF 15 i can run more then 90 fps set ultra. Why this game need more powerful cpu then FF 14 or FF 15?

i don't know why this game need more powerful then FF 14 and FF15 but after i change setting shadow to 4096 x 4096. Now i can get 60 fps max, i can't believe FF13 series need more powerful then FF14 and FF15 lol

Thanks for help bro :)

That's because of the engine. FFXIII was made for PS3, which has a weak GPU but strong single-threaded performance. The game's Crystal Engine was designed for PS3, but it's terribly broken and horribly optimized even on PS3, where you get frame drops to 15-20 whenever there's more content on-screen. IIRC, FFXIV's engine was originally just as broken, but the devs spent time to tweak it and optimize it until the performance was at least tolerable. I don't know why FFXIII wasn't given a similar update, maybe SE is ashamed of the trilogy because it was received so poorly, and they thought that updating 13's engine just isn't worth the cost? FFXV was made for PS4, where the hardware is completely different from PS3's, and the engine is also different. FFXV doesn't require a strong CPU, but the GPU requirement is much higher than FFXIII's, and according to the number of complaints on the FFXV discussion board, I wouldn't say that the performance of FFXV Steam is well optimized, either.

yeah.. so that's why FF13 only get 30 fps. FF13 really need more core, maybe AMD is good choice :'D
