This game is 100% fine for me EXCEPT for what you posted. I'm getting 55 fps and constant stuttering. It's insanely annoying and can't play like this.

same here, i can live without AA and all that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but the stuttering is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.

windows 7 64 bits
playing with a xbox 360 controller

Solution is simple. Plug in controller. It helps in my case. The game is lagging because program is searching for controller.... or you can maybe use some virtual controler.

While that didn't work for the OP this worked for me, thank god I still have my controller. Seems like a simple thing to patch.
