After I finish chapter 13 can I go back to gran pulse?

Do I have to complete a Cie'th Stone mission before finishing chapter 11?

Yes you can. Once you kill the last boss it will put you back to the beginning of chapter 13 with the choice to teleport back to gran pulse, the area at the end of chapter 12 or to fight the last boss again. it doesnt matter which one you choose as you can go back to either of these through a teleporter portal thingy. :)

I forgot, at the beginning of chapter 13 you can also teleport to gran pulse.
