Can I go back to Archylte Steppe?
I Am at Second Tier of Taejin's Tower and I want to go back and grind more CP since I am having a bit of trouble with some enemies.
And I only did the first Mission in Archylte Steppe because I was unable to kill the enemy in the second quest so I can't teleport back to it.
Is there anyway that I can go back even if it is a long way?

you can or:
A)walk back on your own feet grinding CP and Items along the way
B) do a mission that activate teleport stone at Taejin Tower
C)wait until last chapter where teleport to Archylte Steppe will show up

So I need to go back all the way until I reach Archylte Steppe because I didn't completed any teleport stone mission (Except at outside of Taejin's Tower)?

I thought the same things too. I often thought the Cie'th Missions were totally optional mission but, no, I have been grinding Cie'th Missions and mobs for CP, gear, and loot. It's pretty much mandatory to continue through the game.

Archylte Steppe and the area surrounding is pretty much a grind fest put in place to make your party stronger from here on out.

Chapter 11 grinding is were I am at currently. Grinding for CP and maxing out weapons and accessories to make the content after Archylte Steppe somewhat a breeze.

once you hit chapter 13 you still can go back but once you leave that area with the 3 teleporters and continue the story, you cant.

Common misconception. You can access the area with the three teleporters from any section of chapter 13. Just use the portal at the start of the section.

where???..once you start heavy into chapter 13, without spoilers, there is no going back,....any grinding you do is with like 4 different types of monsters that give you 35k experience...where???

My bad, the floating guide or whatever. Examine and it'll pop up a box asking if you want to return to the entrance. Return to the entrance and it'll put you in the beginning area with the portals to chapters 11 and 12.

No, wrong. Let me try to be crystal clear here. You can go back to the beginning of chapter 13 from the 2nd section of chapter 13. And you can go back to the beginning of chapter 13 from the 3rd section of chapter 13. And you can also go back to the beginning of chapter 13 from the last section of chapter 13. There is no point in chapter 13 where you unable to return to Pulse.

Do I have to post video proof?

Turns out you can't go back immediately upon arrival at each section, although this isn't really an issue beyond probably explaining why you had troubles. You just have to take a few steps forward to trigger the full formation of the stage, and then the guide thingy will allow you to return to the start. Chapter 13 story/enemy spoilers in the vid:

If battles are taking a long time, you might want to reconsider your strategies. Character selection, paradigm setup, and equipment choices can make a massive difference in battle performance.

It is not like taking a long time mostly are 2 minutes or a bit more, and it taked 45 minutes because the place is complex.
Also I want to grind because I know battles are going to be more difficulty and boss battles probally will make me suffer.
