I haven't finished the game yet, but for sure, the Serah/Snow flashback scene used Eternal Love (also by Sayuri Sugawara) instead of Serah's Theme which is what you get with English audio. Though... while using Japanese audio, at Nautilus, they did use the English version of Cocoon de Chocobo on my game, so it's possible that someone goofed somewhere.
edit: Confirmed! I got the japanese music since Serah's theme is different in japanese:
"Make my wish come true, let darkness slip aside
Hiding all our hope, mocking what we treasure
Battles we can win, if we believe our souls
Hang in for the light, till dawn
Fate will not leave you, hate will not heal you
Pray and one day, peace shall flow everywhere"
If this is the one you are getting you are indeed getting the correct music.
During that scene (specifically, the part where it is in full CG and they are riding through the fireworks), it should be "Eternal Love" (Japanese) or "Serah's Theme" (English), not "Kimi ga Iru Kara". "Kimi ga Iru Kara" only plays during the credits. Same for Leona Lewis, the one song she has in the game, "My Hands", plays only during the credits.

That's not the one I'm talkinga bout ..it's the one where you have to go on the Beach's edge to find her is when the song is playing and before that.
So Serah's theme is sung by Leona Lewis even in the japanese version? I really doubt that. =F
"Serah's Theme" (also "Sunleth Waterscape") was sung by Frances Maya.
"Serah's Theme" and "Sunleth Waterscape" are both in English even in the Japanese audio. Just a slightly different translation:

1. If the dub is JP, the music isn't from main menu (eternal love will be played)
2. If the dub is ENG, the music IS FROM main menu (the promise will be played)
CAN I PLAY THAT CUTSCENE AGAIN :( :( :( :(
To answer your question: There is no "gallery" that would let you play cutscenes in-game, you can however unpack files in
If you however open the video file in regular way, it will play only first audio track that contain front stereo.
FFXIII cutscenes actually use 5.1 surround sound, Bink format however can store only multiple separate audio tracks with 2 channels max, rather than one multi-channel audio.
You have to use Advanced Play, select XAudio as sound output and manually select all audio tracks (front stereo, center, LFE and rear stereo) by placing "0;1;2;3" in the column for audio track IDs.
