Play Video Cutscenes Outside of Game

Is there way to play the cutscenes without launching the game itself?

I know the videos are probably stored in ff12/white_date/movie, but it doesn't seem like it's a file type that I can just open up with a video player.

The movie files are each an archive of bink files. I attempted to use the a extractor that was used for xbox 360, however couldn't get it to work. If you can extract the bink files you can use bink player.

Well, now I'm missing the Japanese hd version lol, and the yt video seems to stagger a bit once in a while though.

I want to access the video files from the game without it being a screen capture video.
