GeDoSaTo step-by-step guide?

I've been searching for a while and I found nothing, so any help is appreciated!

1) Download the executable from this link: http://gedosato.metaclassofnil.com/GeDoSaToUpdater.exe
2) Run it and select a location to install it
3) Go to that locaton and run the executable called GeDoSaToTool.exe
4) Leave it open and play the game

If you are getting lag, you might want to lower the resolution it is downscaling from (default is like 4k) to do this:
1) Go to the program you opened earlier and click edit settings
2) On the bottom left there is a drop down menu, go to that and pick config\ffiiiimg\GeDoSaTo.ini
3) Change numbers next to renderResolution to something lower (I use 2400x1350@60), make sure whatever you use is in 16:9.

There's a bunch of other settings but I haven't messed with them.

Does I can run FF XIII with 4k and no lag?

PC Specs:
VGA: GTX 760 Zotac AMP! (overclocked) 2GB GDDR5
CPU: FX 8350 4.2 Ghz 8-Cores
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1666Mhz
Screen: 1680x1050

I heard I can use GeDoSaTo in 1680x1050 screen,so this why I asking if I can run it

But how can I get 60fps? It's locked at 30 with dips to 20, even in 720p.

As far as I know the minimap locks the game at 30fps and when I turn it off I get 60fps with dips. Optimization is odd in this game and I really hope it gets fixed or I won't buy the other 2 games next year.
