English songs in Japanese audio version? Intended?
So I have been playing this game up to chapter 8 and I must say it´s an awesome game. I have been playing the game with japanese audio so far and I have noticed that the music with lyrics in this version still is from the English version... Was this intended? Please fix this....

Yeah, I noticed that too... sounds quite out of place.

Japanese people, please fix your culture and force your game designers to only include songs with Japanese lyrics in your games. It would also be nice if you would prohibit your artists from writing english lyrics in their songs.

My brain just melted reading that.

Pretty much. Anyone else remember "I Am The Wind"?

Never been into Castlevania myself, but I do know the song.

If you're talking about Sunleth Waterscape, it was always in English. They just changed some of the words for the overseas version.

Thanks, finally a relevant answer.

But surely, you noticed that "Eternal Love" was in Japanese, the song that played during the flashback with Serah and Snow. In the overseas version, that was replaced by "Serah's Theme". The ending credits theme will also be "Kimi ga Iru Kara" instead of that abomination "My Hands". "Cocoon de Chocobo" is also in Japanese, while it was in English for the overseas version.

I did notice that Snow/Serah flashback had a japanese song, but as this is the first time I play the game, I don't have a comparison either with the english version or the actual japanese one, so I can't be certain they didn't replace SOME songs.

Thanks for the info, did not know that song was only in English. But the song I meant is in Chapter 8 and it´s the English version. Here is a link to the japanese version on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sizaDBSLx7A

Is it? That's odd. Maybe a mistake was made somewhere. I was under the assumption that it would be in Japanese, though I haven't made it to that point yet. I've only just started Chapter 7. I may have to go back and listen closer to "Sunleth Waterscape" to see what version they used there, too. I figured in that they're using "Eternal Love" and "Kimi ga Iru Kara", that the other Japanese tracks being used as well would just be a given.
