Rav/Rav stagger the crap out of him then use light as com. Heal when needed.

if you are talking about that bug-looking thing with flower on his back, try using some shrouds before battle, espetialy that one with speed and protections (frostisol or something like that)

mainly go with com/rav, dont try do him with 2 rav, becouse its not too great for staggering

if needed switch to com/med, and repeat, got 5 stars in under 3 min ;)

Yeah Rav/Com then the stagger won't drop off him as quick. Though you could rav/rav him for a second and then drop to rav/com to maintain it. And yeah eat stuff. I forget about them. Okay, that is the fight I thought you were talking about. I beat him on my first try. What I would suggest is make sure you don't let your HP get very low. He has an ability that does like 400 damage and would have certainly KO'd me if I wasn't keeping my HP close to topped off.

Otherwise make sure you keep your chain going and keep it stable with a Commando. I switched between Commando/Ravager Ravager/Ravager and Commando/Medic when the situation presented itself. Make sure you are in Commando/Ravager for when the boss becomes staggered because Lightning can knock the boss into the air, rendering his offense completely useless as he will be unable to attack.

Make sure to cast Libra on him so you can see his strength and weakness, so that you don't accidently heal him.
