I want to buy Final Fantasy Tactics on Steam

I don't want Final Fantasy XIII, in my view the entire franchise started to decline after Final Fantasy 9 and I don't consider any Final Fantasy after Final Fantasy 9 to be worth a second glance, but Final Fantasy Tactics is a timeless classic that I owned on Playstation and would buy again on Steam in a heartbeat.

Further Final Fantasy Tactics is ideally suited for PC, it's more like a PC game than a console game and turn based tactical games like FFT are generally well liked by a lot of PC gamers.

I got war of the lions on my phone cause I love the whole series. If you bundle it with advanced and advanced 2 you will see my money fly at you.

Vita TV comes out in about a week. You could play the PSX Classics or PSP version on that.

Yeah except I don't have Vita and I don't want Vita. How many hundreds of dollars is that? Don't I have to go out and buy a console then subscribe to something with a rather complicated set up process? I don't even own a TV, I don't need one, I have a PC and it's an all in one media center so television is worthless, so I'd probably have to find some way to hook the console into my computer monitor.

Seriously no one is ever going to go through all that crap, only people who already own a console are ever going to consider that reasonable and everyone else is just not going to buy it.

On PC right now our only options are emulators. I don't want to emulate the game I want to buy it, Square-Enix should give us the option.

Considering SE ported FFIII and IV over using the iOS versions, it's totally within the realm of possibility that we'd see War of the Lions.

The classic FF games are on the playstation network, so maybe SE will make ports of them for the PC :)

I didn't even know you could get it for phones. Gonna check the playstore for it now. FFT is one of my favourite games of all time so it would be a day1 pre-purchase from me. They need to bring it to Steam :)

IKR. I saw it on Itunes when I finally got a msartphone and it was the first damn thing I bought. I just wish I could set it up so that i could save my veiw preferences. (It's annoying to have to poke the up button at the beggining of every battle)

Hefty price tags aside, most of SE's mobile output is really good.

I'd buy Final Fantasy 6 on Steam too. Even just a straight SNES port with graphical upscaling and smoothing
