Does Asia version have English dub?

The following Asian languages are supported by the version of this game released for Japan and the rest of Asia.
Subtitles and interface: Japanese, Chinese (traditional), Korean, English
Voiceover: Japanese

Does this mean Asia version only have Japanese dub?

Yep. Japanese dub for Asia, English dub for the rest of the world.

I honestly hope they do decide to make the Japanese version available to EU/US.

Or at least modify all voiced cutscenes with option for JP.

No offense, but did you both actually read my question? I know Asia version came with Japanese dub, but what I'm asking is does it come with English dub? Because unlike the others, I prefer my games dubbed in english, not japanese.

The Japanese version does NOT have the English voice or cut-scenes. If you are with-in the Asian release area you'll be stuck with Japanese.

It's quite ironic isn't it, we English-speaking players would like Japanese subs and the Asian players want English subs.. Steam should release all language options for everyone, so everyone is satisfied..

what people don't understand is that it doesn't have a selection, 30gb = ♥♥♥ VO+ ♥♥♥ animation , 30gb = Eng VO+ Eng animation. They created them seperately due to licensing issues. If you want both it will be 60gb total of 2 different version of the same game. Guess who need to pay extra money for storage in Steam, guess what needs to be increase for that to happen , guess who's not going to pay for it.

this wont change anything.XIII is region locked, even if ya swap with somebody from Asia, you will probably:
A)don't launch the game
B) or get the game with english dub, cuz steam will download english dubbed voiceacting by default

A) CrossRegion trade lock. You can't trade for Asian version outside of Asia.
B) Run lock. You can't run Asian version outside of Asia.

Russian version (English dub only) has same restrictions.

Worldwide version (Americas/Europe) has no restrictions, you can run it in country of the world, including Asian and Russian regions.

Okay, so you're saying they actually did animate the whole game twice to account for lip syncing different languages?
