Is the mouse cursor suppose be on screen?

First few time I played the mouse weren't on screen. Then the next few times I log in there's always a mouse there including during the cutscene unlike day the first day I played it.
So is the mouse cursor suppose to be there?

No it's a bug. Too fix the issue alt tab out and go back in.

i can just tab out and in again, it is not a big problem. i am just choked it havent been bug fixed after over half a year ;)

it's not really a bug so much as a common thing among games that run in fullscreen windowed mode.

For me, my mouse disappears off the bottom of my when I'm at the desktop in Win 8.1 so I just pull it down off the screen in FFXIII to and I don't notice it. One thing I have noticed on mine is after white startup screen with the load game, new game, and settings items on it, when I load the game and the cut scene starts the mouse cursor jump back to the middle of the screen and I have to move it back to the bottom again. No problem, but interesting.....
