Exit game immediately when enter in cutscene

i was playing this game and doing until chapter 7. I play in my laptop (i7-12600 & RTX 4060, 16gb RAM) when entering cutscene, the game exit immediately. I must installing vJoy due to shattering and lag, and now things going worse like this.

Who has the same thing like me ? and how to solve this..
