Battle star rating

I don't get the star rating, sometimes i really do well and still get like one or two stars.
Whats up with that ?

It's based on Target Points, and the ammount of target points you get depends on how much strength you have in comparison to how strong the enemy is, and how long the battle is. The higher target points you have the better rating you get. The better star rating you get, you get a higher rate of items and a better chance at rare items. So the stronger you get the faster you have to complete the battle to get the same 5 star rating.

But one/two stars isn't necessarily bad, you get more shroud drops if you use those.
