again, a bad port fixed by users and not by developers. this is so sad :/
Unfortunately your suggested fix does not apply to Xbox One controller when used via the wireless dongle.

This is to be expected and is part of the Windows security model. The fixer utility running with standard privileges does not have access to any "high" integrity process, including those launched with "run as administrator".
My suggestion would be to try to launch the fixer with administrative privileges.
