Game won't start

Hi everyone, I have a huge problem with trying to play this game. After a short time I last played FF XIII I wanted to get back to finish the story. Unfortunatelly it's not possible - game don't launch after choosing options in launcher menu. After hitting ,,start game'' button the window dissapear and totally nothing happens. I tried everything, every solution mention in previous posts like patches, DEP, checking integrity of the files, reinstall the game or even system format . Nothing helps. I'm on windows 11. I like to mention that a few weeks ago everything was working smoothly.

i found the solution:

so what worked for me is adding ffxiiimg (not the launcher to the exemption list for DEP.)

Step-by-step for windows users (im on Win 10, it does work on Win 11 as well)

1. win+R, then type "sysdm.cpl" without "" then press enter/click ok

2. click advanced

3. click settings under performance

4. go to data execution prevention
(it should be on by default)

5. click add, then find ffxiiimg, select it and click ok/add.
(ffxiiimg is under steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIII\white_data\prog\win\bin)

there ya go it should be on the list. Hope this helps!

this doenst work cause it says DEP has to be enabled for these games.

Go in the same way above, Right click on the launcher and click "Run as administrator" No problems since doing that
