FFXIII mods for characters to learn every ability
Hello all, I was wondering if there was a mod floating around out there where you can have every character learn all of the abilities. For example having snow learn all of the medic and ravager abilities, so he will learn curaja and thunderga.

There isn't one, but I know it's possible and how to do it, I actually already made a crystarium mod last year . However, while it's not too hard, it's extremely tedious to add abilities, and I have no interest in doing that.

Indeed, if all characters could learn all skills, there'd be almost no reason not to use a certain team. The balance in late/post game hinges on ability availability

Could you help me so that I can learn how to do it? I have never modded anything big I can do small things in the cheat engine but that is about it. After you are willing to share your findings of course.

Going from cheat engine to game modding is a massive step. You would have to lean about 3 programming languages, learn to understand Hex files and spend hours tryinng over and over to get the game to work. And FFXIII can be even more difficult because its poorly coded as it is.

darn well i was hoping i would be able to figure it out. i like using all of the characters but i hate how some have less abilities than others the characters in ffxiii are well deveolped so i always switch my party learder around and my team.

When I originally got into modding I assumed that it would be easy since I had a background in Cheat engine and some basic programming knowledge... I was wrong. 5 Years later and while I know most things, I don't know everything and will still get stuck for days from time to time. Modding is by no means easy but if you have a good idea and take the time to learn how to make it a reality, it is almost always worth it.
