Abit odd why no one mad a mod about this though, especially the audio, seems like such an easy thing to actually do.
mostly because it works for most so no one modded it ( i think , havent checked the mod section on Steam
If you're talking about Audio settings as in separate volume settings for Music, Sounds effects and Voice, that's almost impossible to mod.
The game code is virtually unmodifiable so that's out. Modifying sounds files directly is also out of the question. Music files are easy enough, their file structure is known, all of them are in the same folder and they have a value in their header for Volume. But everything else is almost 8000 files in varying formats (despite the same file extension) spread across 1200 folders. So simply studying them is cumbersome.
Also, as Warfighter pointed out, probably nobody cares enough.
As for the Brightness setting, it's puzzling why they would take out this option from the Settings menu, but maybe there is some GPU options for that ?
