Report a translation problem
A Saboteur will default to your target as long as that enemy has the same number of debuffs or fewer than the other enemies. If your target has more debuffs than another enemy the Saboteur will target one of the enemies with the fewest debuffs. This is generally helpful, especially for something like Slow that you want distributed to as many enemies as possible, but it can be frustrating if you don't expect it.
