Two Commandos will attack different targets unless there is only one enemy. There are ways to take advantage of this, but avoid having two Commandos if you want to focus fire on one enemy out of a group.

A Saboteur will default to your target as long as that enemy has the same number of debuffs or fewer than the other enemies. If your target has more debuffs than another enemy the Saboteur will target one of the enemies with the fewest debuffs. This is generally helpful, especially for something like Slow that you want distributed to as many enemies as possible, but it can be frustrating if you don't expect it.

I like this paradigm deck for that section--it gives you options for different buff and debuff needs as well as different targeting scenarios:

Light/Hope/Fang
RAV/SYN/COM
RAV/RAV/COM
COM/RAV/COM
MED/MED/SEN
RAV/SYN/SAB
RAV/RAV/SAB

Don't use two Commandos. The game says this will happen.
