Stuck on chapter 12 glitch *spoilers*
After killing the proudclad in chapter twelve in Eden, you are supposed to get on an elevator to the left that takes you down a ways. The problem I am having is once I get on the elevator, I can not get off of it. I can activate it to travel up or down, but that is all. The gate open when I get to either floor, but I can not walk off the elevator and it seems like an invisible wall is stopping me. Has anyone ever encountered this issue? I would hate to be screwed so late in the game.

There should be a cutscene at the bottom of that elevator. I'm going to take a shot in the dark that your file for that cutscene is corrputed. If you verify your game files it might fix the issue.
Thanks for the advice! I ended up just youtubing the ending, since I was so close, and moving on the xiii 2. I'll probably go back and give that a shot now though.

I just ran into this issue - fixed it by resetting the fps back to original 60 (I normally play at 120)

# FFXIIIIngameFrameRateLimit # # Using higher numbers may cause noticiable facial animation jankness during cutscenes. # See https://github.com/rebtd7/FF13Fix/issues/3 # # Note that the frame pacer is always disabled by this mod, regardless of the value this option is set. # # -1 = Use the maximum FPS cap possible # 0 = Use the game's default FPS limit (59.94005966 FPS) # other = Use the number provided as the FPS limit (e.g. set 30.0 to limit to 30.0 FPS) FFXIIIIngameFrameRateLimit = 0

Adding to what you said... I have noticed that playing above the expected framerate will sometimes create issues such as invisible walls, the inability to make a jump that you know you should be able to, or lag in walking/running. In my experience, temporarily limiting fps to a low enough value either through a cap or through vsync can sometimes fix these issues. If ever vsync is disabled and an issue comes up, it really might be as simple as enabling vsync for a few seconds.
