Why is Vanille the most hated FF character?

Its funny its all over ytube, google, game forums, everyone hates vanille.
A fun loving, full of energy girl who laughs and enjoys life, and yet a scumbag like delita no one even mentions. To me, and I dont really care what FF fans think of me or steam gamers, its misogenism. Seriously, how come vanille and lightning are both hated by many FF fans, and yet both are polar opposites? Its hard enough to fathom the community hating a wonderful game like the 13 series... But hating a female character, just because she giggles a little, or on the opposite hating one cuz she's serious and fights, seems double misogenistic to me. Cloud is one of the most popular characters, and the dudes a total jerk who honestly makes the badguys look normal.

I just dont understand it other than, misogeny and negativity. Gravitate towards a jerk who only cares about himself and money, but hate light, who is trying to help her sister and cocoon, and hate vanille a girl who likes to laugh and try and enjoy life... It just seems very insecure to me to hate these characters because their voice irks you, or because she's not an edgelord, or because one acts to manly than a females suppose to... Either way its misogenism, hating light for being strong, hating vanille for being feminine, its really kind of disgusting honestly and one reason why I can't get along with most gamers.

Even way back in the late 90s, yuffie was a very hated unpopular character online. I remember going online and reading about peoples favorite FF characters and remember yuffie getting attacked left and right. I remembered yuffie being one of the most fun characters and funny as well. Online I couldn't understand the reasonings why she was such a terrible character, to all these fans, but I'm starting to realize it now with the 13 series. The constant hate for vanille, serah, lightning, and other female FF characters to me is utterly appaling.

I don't like Vanille because I don't like how her character was written. Shes joyfull and free, all to hide away her pain. She pretends that everything is okay, even when shes in trouble, She even lies to Fang, someone she swore to protect. I don't like her, not because of misogeny, but because her personality and actions are not something I like. It has nothing to do if shes male or female. I also do not like Cloud, yet I do like Lightning. Fictiscious characters arent liked or disliked because of misogeny or some other "political correctness" bullcrap you came up with. They are liked or disliked by the way they were written, the way they act, talk, lie or act too selfless (which is why I also kinda dislike Snow).
