Does Nimbletoe Boots stack?
If I equip more than 1 on a SEN does it increase her chances of elude and evade? Thanks.

It does not stack. Note that Nimbletoe Boots only affect Evade, not Elude. They're often worth using since they are also a Boost synth accessory, but not always.
