Give Snow an Aurora Scarf so he Provokes immediately at the start of the battle. Here's a vid demonstrating several useful tricks for the fight:

https://youtu.be/hyusQKlAqqI

Caption text from the vid description:
Demonstrating the most efficient method I've found for dealing with the Picochus after a successful Death on Neochu. The opening Game Over screen is intentional; killing Neochu is very random and typically takes several retries.

Quake is used for the lengthy duration it adds to the chain gauge, allowing Fira and Firaga to build chain on all of the Picochus at once. If you lose the chain on some of them it's not terrible. It'll just take a little longer in the mop-up phase.

Shrouds make the opening of the fight much easier to survive, which allows for the maximum number of Deaths before Screech. Expect to cast 8-10 Deaths per battle. With Imperil doubling the success rate, this yields about a 21.5% chance to instantly kill Neochu per battle.

Recommended equipment:
Vanille: Belladonna Wand/Malboro Wand (to help with inflicting Imperil)
Sorcerer's Mark (I have a Shield Talisman in the video, which is redundant with Aegisol)
Black Belt-*
Clay Ring-*

Hope: Hawkeye/Eagletalon
Diamond Bangle
Black Belt-*
Clay Ring-*

Snow: Paladin
Aurora Scarf
General's Belt-*
General's Belt-*

If you don't have shrouds, you can get some by maxing and dismantling a Doctor's Code. Or, use this instead:

Each Death is only about a 3% chance, and that's assuming you inflicted Imperil first; otherwise it's closer to 1.5% each (the base chance of Death depends on how many debuffs are inflicted, and Imperil is the only thing you can inflict). This is why one of the ideas is to fire off as many Death casts as possible per fight. Note that Malboro Wand is useful because it helps you inflict Imperil as fast as possible, but doesn't otherwise improve your chances--the Improved Debuffing abilities don't boost Death.

You need a tank. AKA a damage sponge. maybe two.

I never liked using DEATH, made me feel dirty and cheap. Was really unsatisfying.
Where as beating him head on is a sense of accomplishment.
Each to his own though.

I don't like vanilles death move cuz it never works, and she keeps repeating herself.

She actually says some things I never heard of before, like I have to see this through, or others and she always says it over and over. Death is a very annoying move in FF13.
