The Bastion - Bug?

Sidequest "The Bastion" in Kaer Morhen. I´ve buried the boy's remains and got the message "Quest completed". Then somehow I reactivated the Quest again. Maybe I used Keira's lamp again on one of the Ghostspots. Now I've got the objective to "use Keira's lamp to investigate the old bastion", but nothing happens, when I use tha lamp.

Is there any way to get this quest out of my Open-Quest-List? Maybe set the status to failed or complete via debug-console?

Wonder what we did to get this bug :/

I tried reloading a save and not use the lamp anymore but it still bugged out and gave me the quest again.

Had the same issue I think it's because not all the ghosts were listened too with the lamp when you buried the bones. I had buried them and walked around a bit more and listened to a conversation when the quest reapeared.

Hans CakeStealer, I also tried that, but no luck. Hopefully they'll patch this, but it isn't game breaking just bad for people with OCD.

still a great quest, wasnt expecting anything quest wise outside the kaer morhen fort.

Still bugged as of 1.06.

Looks like if you do the quest out of order it wigs out.

Same thing here, it happens if you come across the bones of the child before you've 'scanned' all the lamp locations. Finding the bones triggres the burial, but finding all the lamp locations triggers location the burial site...which if after the fact, obviously cannot be completed. The mission itself however is complete, just doesn't clear from quest list.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem. Still a fun quest though, and it's not game breaking so I guess there's that.

A great quest? Are you serious? A terrible quest.

Maybe not the game`s best Quest, but for a missable Quest somewhere in the Wilderness it's quite nice!.

it's not a bug, just need to see all five places with the Keira's lamp and the quest will be completed

Lurid is right. The quest depends on finding all places. There is one in an bit unexpected place. I agree it could take some repeating, but at the end it is doable..
