Gwent: Old Pals - crash with Vernon Roche

Guys, hello everyone!

I ran into one problem - I can't play gwent with Roche. As soon as I click "talk to him" in the guerrilla camp, the game freezes for a couple of seconds and crashes. What to do? Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Thank you in advance for your help!

Fixed this problem by running the game in DirectX 11 mode.

That crash happened to me yesterday (game bought on GOG) when returning to Vernon Roche in "Old Pals", blocking the main quest.

(insert slight panic here)

Switching to DX11 didn't work, but running the DX12 version in compatibility mode for Windows 7 saved the day. Thanks for making me think of it.

Can't talk to him in brothers in arms novigrad nor gwent. Freezes and crashes. Nothing has worked, tried both dx11 and 12 but as I don't have an nvidia card nothing happens. It sucks
